New York has never let me down – until this trip. And let’s be clear, I consider it an aberration in the grand scheme of things, but having things stolen from my hotel room was NOT something I expected to happen!

What is New York without its food? A lot of massive buildings, expensive rent, and a lot of hangry people.
Thankfully this trip did not disappoint from a food perspective. Korean steakhouse, Chinese, doughnuts, Cuban, and a nighttime view of the Brooklyn Bridge that can’t be beat.
They say if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere. And if you make it there for the first time in 18 months, you know you will be overjoyed when you return. Join me on my first return to New York post-Covid-19 lockdown.
